The DAFTAS kicked off its fourth season on the night of the 19th of January 2023 with an online film draw. Filmmakers and comedy lovers alike have tuned in to watch live Instagram and Facebook streams to find out what BAFTA-Nominated films have entered the competition.

Six BAFTA-nominated films will be spoofed by teams of eager filmmakers with a knack for comedy: Elvis, Everything is Quiet in the Western Front, The Banshees of Inisherin, Tar, Everything Everywhere All at Once, and Living. The films shall be submitted for judges’ consideration no later than by the 19th of February 2023.

The DAFTAS 2023 spoof film awards will take place at the Museum of Comedy in Central London on Friday the 24th of March in presence of the DAFTAS esteemed jury consisting of Karen Bryson MBE, Tom Lawes, Damon Smith, Gillian McKeith, Erica Bergsmeds, Nancy Bishop, and Steve Furst.
